Stork GEORCH

The look-out "Stork Georch" was realized in 2002 by local artist Peter-T. Schulz, also known as PeToSchuin. It is situated in the Saarn district on the so-called "Funfair-Place". The artistic landmark enables visitors to see the beautiful sights of the alluvial area with its unique fauna and flora.

The tower is open from 15th April to 15th October, 9 am to 8 pm daily. In April and October it closes at dawn. Due to safety reasons the platform is not accessible during storms or black ice.
